The cutoffs on the Owyhee EF, Owyhee Upper and Owyhee SF are based on the Rome Gage. The gage at Crutchers Crossing and on the SF above the YP ranch didn't exist when these cutoffs were established. If you have any input please contact me. Thank you for understanding.
