With the Murtaugh going off and the Bear River scheduled to run Eastern Idaho is giving kayakers a good start to Spring 2009. What looked like and was a dismal winter, was saved by a few big storms in March.
The Bruneau, Salmon, Clearwater are all above or near 100% snowpak. It looks like a good spring runoff for Idaho.
Looks like the Payette and Boise are lacking a litte water, but with the dams we should be fine for summer. Not Epic but standard.
